Does anybody know where and how do I start my family trcing roots? Like a tree, I presume?

Interviews with the parents and ask them the names of their ancestors. You can pick up interesting stories on the street. Once you have information you can use the Web http://www.familysearch.org/ is created by the Mormon (LDS) and is free. You too can have your city is a genealogical society, you can in the right direction.
